Alright this assignment was another shooting assignment. I thought portrait would be the perfect one because my great grandma's celebration for her 100th birthday. Surprisingly, it was super difficult to take pictures of her since she was continuously talking and moving around. My brother also wanted to be the in the spotlight. Iso: 800 Aperture: 5.0 Shutter: 1/10 I really liked the way her scarf and earrings stick out in this picture. I played a LOT with the shadows, highlights and exposure. At first, I was tempted to leave her as a floating head, I thought it was cool. My wonderful digital photography teacher told me that maybe that wasn't the best idea and guided me into a better direction. After that, I played around with the exposure until I got this. I think it's cool how her shirt still sticks out even though all of the areas are black.
