Hola! This is the last blog post ever. This class was truly a fun experience and will help me out later when I'll take some pictures for anything when I'm older. I also learned a lot of tools which might help me out later and learning some basic tools of Lightroom, which is awesome and some of Photoshop as well, which is helpful if I ever want to make my pictures look better.
I'm gonna start reflecting by talking about the very first time I ever walked into class. I saw loads of computers, pictures and people. Like most first days, it's overwhelming but I was excited to learn about another type of art and it was also my last first day of school. I truly have never been good at photography, but I told myself I was going to try really hard this year and make sure my pictures looked good. I really wanted to make sure my teacher liked the work I turned in. Soon after that we began our first assignment with the camera, it was an assignment called "25 Photo Challenge." You guys didn't see any of those besides the picture I have on my Weebly page is from that. The idea of that assignment was to take twenty-five different pictures of ONE thing. I chose the pond that was right outside of our school. I remember it being freezing outside but I was determined to get some really good pictures. I came back in and was super proud of the results and maybe played around with the vibrancy a little bit too much. Throughout the whole entire year a goal of mine and my teachers was to have something on focus, use nice depth of field and really any other types of compositional elements. Clearly, I am not the best photographer or the best at using Photoshop, it for sure had it's rough patches to it but I΅m happier than it became at least a little easier than it did before, As you scroll down you'll see my worst picture to my best picture. The reason why the first picture was the worst was because it was blurry and it has a nice rule of thirds though! The last one was the best because it had a good range of depth of field and I really liked how it was from the person whole shook the roll of dice and placed it on the table. After learning about ways to make a photo great, I think I´ll be a better photographer than I was before because of this class.
